STEVENSVILLE, Mich. -- Watermarks Brewing Company gathered hundreds of people Thursday evening in an attempt to break a Guiness World Record.
Co-owner, Justin Schaul, attempted to break the record for the most high-fives in one minute in celebration of Watermarks Brewery being named the Best Beer Garden in the U.S.
Unofficially, Schaul recorded 355 high-fives, surpassing the previous world record of 294.
The brewing company will now submit video of the attempt to the Guiness Book of World Records for the official review and recognition.
