From just above average today to the 80s later this week
Today starts a mini heat wave, with storm chances for the next four days. Today will be humid, but heat indices don't get higher than 90. Storms expected in the overnight hours, low severe risk, expect some rain and a rumble of thunder or two. Tomorrow the humidity cranks up, with highs in the low 90s. Storms expected through the morning hours and increase into the overnight hours once again.
Monday continues the hot streak, with slightly lower humidity. Storms pick up again going through the evening hours, these are expected to be the most severe of the next couple of days. Wind will be the biggest threat. After Monday, things mellow out, with a lingering storm chance on Tuesday, but lower temperatures. By Wednesday, we are left with below-average temperatures, though they pick up back to normal going into the weekend. Next precipitation chance seems to be early next week, but generally a very nice week after this storm-filled weekend.
Today: Hot, muggy. High 88.
Tonight: Storms possible, nothing severe. Low 72.
Sunday: Very humid, storm chance in the morning and evening. High 90.
Monday: Quiet, humid morning, then severe storm threat in the afternoon and overnight. High 92.
