Marshall Superior Court MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- At 1:57 p.m. on Nov. 2, Plymouth police officer, Tristan Allen, responded to reports of a hit-and-run at the Marshall's store on Pilgrim Lane.
Upon arrival at 2:01 p.m., Allen spoke with 53-year-old Trisha Lehiy who told Allen that she had been crossing the drive between the Marshall's storefront and the parking lot as she was going into work when she was then hit by a blue SUV, later identified as a 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada.
Lehiy told Allen that once she was hit by the vehicle, the man driving continued to push her until she was able to get out of the way. The man then fled the scene headed east. Lehiy did not request EMS assistance.
Store security cameras match Lehiy's description of the hit-and-run, police used the footage of the incident to locate the SUV and identify the registered driver to Roger Arbaugh.
Roger Arbaugh is charged with:
- Battery by Means of a Deadly Weapon (Level 5 Felony)
