Help the Elkhart Public Library build their new strategic plan

ELKHART, Ind. - The Elkhart Public Library seeks community involvement to craft their new strategic plan. 

EPL will host six one-hour discussions to help write their new strategic plan. 

According to the Elkhart Truth, the information provided during each discussion will be used to evaluate current services and guide future improvement.

Their 2019-2021 plan consisted of objectives regarding expanding children and adult literacy programs, increasing digital access and collaborating with organizations to increase professional opportunities and funding.

Here's the discussion schedule: 

Monday, Oct. 23

  • Dunlap – 10 a.m.
  • Pierre Moran – Noon
  • Osolo – 2:30 p.m.
  • Downtown – 6 p.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 24

  • Cleveland – 11:30 a.m.
  • Pierre Moran – 6 p.m. 

Translators will be available for meetings at the Pierre Moran branch for Spanish speakers.
