Head-on crash on U.S. 20 sends driver to hospital, other driver cited

ABC 57 ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- A head-on collision between a passenger car and a truck on US 20 Wednesday evening led to one driver in the hospital and the other cited.
Jerry Dean III was cited after his passenger car allegedly crossed the center median on US 20 and collided head-on with a truck driving in the opposite direction around 7:09 p.m. Wednesday.
The truck driver was taken to the hospital for complaints of chest and hand pain.
