SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- ABC57's Jordan Hatfield spoke with members of Shades of Orange, a South Bend-based theatre company known for producing unique theatre in non-traditional spaces, about their immersive adaptation of Shakespeare’s Haunted: A Macbeth Experience.
The show runs between Oct. 24 to Nov. 2 at The Beacon Resource Center.
Organizers say Haunted will transform the story of ambition, paranoia, and tyranny into a visceral, spine-chilling experience.
The show will be directed by Miranda Manier and Liz Zimmerman.
The show is described as an immersive performance, meaning audiences will walk and move through the story with the actors, fully participating in the world of the play.
While actors will interact with the audience, show runners say they will not touch them.
The show is sold out, but the group has just announced an 11 p.m. show on Nov. 1
You can buy tickets for the additional show online.
