GRANGER, Ind.--- A pair of Granger girls got hair cuts for a good cause on Tuesday. 10 year old soccer teammates Emily Geoghegan and Clair Ames donated their hair to the non-profit Children With Hair Loss.
The organization donates wigs to children who have lost their own hair due to medical conditions. Emily and Clair's parents say they are so proud of their daughters for their selfless acts.
"Both girls have such beautiful hair and her hair is kind of her identity because it's so long and so beautiful and everybody's always complimenting them on their hair so for her to give it away was pretty impressive," said Ginee Ames, Clair's mother.
