MGN INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Hoosiers will have a discount at the gas pump through at least early July.
Gov. Mike Braun announced he is extending the gas tax holiday through at least July 7. It was previously set to expire June 7.
According to a press release, the gasoline usage tax would have been $0.265 per gallon, and the gasoline excise tax is currently $0.36 per gallon. The governor's office says that means savings of over $0.62 per gallon.
