Goshen man found guilty of possession with intent to distribute cocaine

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The United States Attorney’s Office Northern District of Indiana announced 42-year-old Orlando Rodriguez-Roman, of Goshen, was found guilty on three felony counts on Thursday, following a three-day jury trial.

Court documents state Rodriguez-Roman was found guilty of Attempted Possession with Intent to Distribute 500 Grams or More of Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute 500 Grams or More of Cocaine, and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition by a Convicted Felon.

His sentencing date is April 29.
