Palisades to restart with $1.5B federal loan
MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. – A new location, new thrifting finds - Goodwill Industries of Michiana celebrated the opening of a new store and career center in Plymouth on Thursday morning.
The store’s Larry Neff Center for Career Connections will help create jobs. They will help people trying to enter the workforce by working on resumes, cover letters and interviewing skills.
The career center is looking to create workshops for those looking to change career paths by using experts from non-profit and corporate partners.
“Goodwill is a nonprofit that pours back into the community by helping people turn their lives around helps them to be able to get the jobs that they need to be able to sustain a lifestyle that they want for them and their families,” Debie Coble, President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of Michiana, said.
Goodwill of Plymouth is located at 1547 Pilgrim Lane, Plymouth, Ind., 46563. They are open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 12 pm to 5 pm.
