SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Notre Dame Football Head Coach Marcus Freeman has had a few opportunities for teaching moments so far and his recent moment led him to remind players of the oldest lesson in sports, there's no "I" in team.
In his short tenure. Freeman has preached that mistake free football wins games.
Specifically, Freeman mentioned the 15-yard retaliation penalty defensive back Jordan Clark received after a Louisville wide receiver allegedly spit in his face during Notre Dame's victory over the Cardinals.
