Board votes 5-2 to keep Clay High School Building
OSCEOLA, Ind. -- Tickets for the Foundation at St. Joseph Health System's annual House Raffle will soon go on sale.
It's the 29th year for the fundraiser.
The grand-prize winner will get a 2,252-square-foot home valued around $350,000. The ranch-style home was built by Built by Place Builders and is located in Northbridge Valley subdivision. It's a three bedroom, two bath home with a ready-to-finish basement. It also includes a fireplace, hardwood floors, laundry / mudroom, quartz countertops, a two-car garage, covered porch, and a 95-percent-efficient gas furnace.
Tickets go on sale Feb. 25, 2020 and continue until all 4,500 tickets are sold or until April 17, 2020. Tickets cost $175 and can be purchased 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. everey weekday at SJHS Mishawaka Medical Center or SJHS Plymouth Medical Center.
All proceeds support parents who have children under care in the SJHS Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
A winner will be chosen on May 1, 2020.
