SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Former SBPD officer Emmanuel Garcia was sentenced to two years for felony domestic battery committed in the presence of a child under 16 years old. He was also sentenced for resisting law enforcement.
Emmanuel Garcia was first arrested in February for Domestic Battery, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Interference with a Crime Report.
Several of those charges were dropped following the sentencing.
