SOUTH BEND, Ind. –– A former Marian high school baseball player had his dreams become a reality last week. Riley Tirotta, a former Knight, was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 12th round of the MLB draft.
Tirotta was expected to be selected on day two of the draft, but after falling to day 3, he said there is a chip on his shoulder heading into this season.
