A short reprieve from the humidity midweek with sunshine and highs in the mid-80s. The hot and steamy weather rises again, near 90 this weekend with an increasing chance of showers and storms by Sunday and Monday. The start of July has been abnormally dry and combined with hot temperatures the area has started to dry-out, even though to-date 2018 is a top ten wettest year on record.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, high of 86.
