St. Joseph County Jail SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- On Tuesday, a 63-year-old Florida man was found guilty of abusive sexual contact and interference with the duties of a flight crew member during a flight from St. Petersburg, Fla. to South Bend.
The suspect, Stephen Forte, was found guilty after a one-day jury trial.
The sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 5, 2025, at 10 a.m. and will be determined by the District Court Judge.
