Hungry for the Holidays
MIHSAWAKA, Ind. -- A brand-new event for food lovers made its debut in Mishawaka today: Foodie Fest.
A wide variety of food trucks lined Ironworks Plaza from burgers to Caribbean food to ice cream. Folks got to enjoy live music, games, and pedal carts to ride around in.
Event directors with Mishawaka Parks and Rec say the goal is to get residents familiar with the area.
She says the goal is to make residents aware of the Mishawaka Farmer's Market that happens in the same area all summer long, starting on June 9.
