ELKHART, Ind. -- A fire tore through an attached garage in Elkhart Monday morning and multiple units were called to scene at 2006 Kulp Ave. in Elkhart where fire crews were able to keep the fire from jumping from the garage to the home. 

The fire began around 10 a.m. on Feb. 24 in the neighborhood that sits behind the McDonald's and Arby's on S. Main Street. 

It is currently unknown if anyone was home at the time of the fire or if there were any injuries.
