Lake effect snow continues to fall across all of our southern Michigan counties this morning, tapering off in the early afternoon. A few flurries could trickle across the state line into cities like South Bend and Elkhart, although the biggest impacts out the door are wind chills. Expect temperatures to feel below zero across most of Michiana as you head out to work or school today. Skies gradually begin to clear through the afternoon, allowing us to see glimpses of sunshine as highs muster their way into the upper teens. Tonight, lows bottom out closer to single digit values with mostly cloudy skies that persist through the start of Friday. Tomorrow's temperatures climb to near 30F, signaling a warming trend that carries us through the weekend. Expect light rain to develop Saturday afternoon and carry on through most of Sunday with highs in the 40s.
Today: Wind/snow. High 18.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Low 13.
Friday: Partly cloudy. High 30.
Saturday: PM showers. High 42.
