Fair and milder weather returns to start the week. Snow showers end Sunday evening and clouds break into Monday; the dampness could lead to patchy morning fog. Temperatures warm into the 50s, then 60s by Tuesday and Wednesday. Wednesday and Thursday will be the next bought of rough, March weather.
