ELKHART, Ind. – A former employee has sued Thor Motor Coach, claiming that the company has not paid her everything she is owed.
According to the Elkhart Truth, the ex-employee says that she worked overtime consistently but Thor did not pay her fairly for it.
She says that she was paid for half of her regular pay for overtime hours, rather than one-and-a-half times pay.
The lawsuit was filed in federal district court in South Bend in May.
Thor Motor Coach is asking that the lawsuit be dismissed because the payment system in place is perfectly lawful and there were no instances of unfair overtime pay which the employee alleged.
