Empowerment program accepting applications

ELKHART, Ind. -- Church Community Services in Elkhart is currently accepting applications to join their women’s empowerment program called Soup of Success.

Women are welcomed to apply for the 20-week job and life-skills training program.

Participants will get business and production experience by producing the program's line of food items, mittens and more.

The program will also provide women with career counseling, personal counseling, and education about money management and computer skills.

"Being at Soup of Success truly made me a whole new person. I have learned to value all of my strengths and believe I am capable of achieving any of my goals. It's been a life-changing experience,” a graduate of Soup of Success said.
