Potential ice jamming in New Buffalo
ELKHART, Ind. -- Elkhart Police have identified the man who was shot in the area of Cone and Woodlawn Avenue Monday evening.
The victim has been identified as 49-year-old Kenneth Black.
The Elkhart County Homicide Unit is investigating.
