Elkhart Man sentenced to 140 months in prison for dealing meth

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The United States District Attorney's Office announced on Tuesday that 43-year-old Kenneth Thomas, of Elkhart, was sentenced to 140 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release.

According to documents in the case, in February and March 2023, Thomas sold methamphetamine multiple times in the South Bend area. During the approximate two-week period, Thomas distributed a total of two pounds of methamphetamine.
