Elkhart County Parks invites volunteers to help at DeFries Gardens

Photo Courtesy of the Elkhart County Parks ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Elkhart County Parks is now registering helpers for Volunteer Workday at DeFries Gardens.
The workday at DeFries will happen on Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
DeFries Gardens is located at 17477 Co Rd 46 in New Paris.
Teams will work with park staff to help with landscape maintenance, removal of invasive species, raking and clearing garden beds.
Lunch and gardening tools will be provided at the free event.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own gloves.
