GOSHEN, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Homicide Unit is investigating a body found near train tracks in Goshen.
The call came in just before 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
Officers were called to the area of Elkhart Road and Chicago Avenue in reference to a body lying between the railroad tracks north of the intersection.
Officials arrived at the scene and discovered the body of a deceased male Mwandisa Mankhwala, 29, of Goshen
Foul play is not suspected.
