Elkhart County Historical Museum to host presentation on the history of Latino immigrants in Elkhart County

BRISTOL, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Historical Museum will be hosting a presentation on the history of Latino immigrants in Elkhart County. The presentation will be delivered by Goshen's Zulma Prieto the founder and Coordinator Editor of El Puente, the first Hispanic newspaper in Indiana.

“We’re honored to host Zulma for a talk on this important topic. She’s been a pillar in our community for decades, and we are looking forward to learning from her,” said Jenifer Blouin Policelli, the Museum’s Curator of Education. “We hope lots of folks will turn out to listen and participate in the discussion,” said Policelli.

This event is free to attend, and registration is not required. The presentation begins at 7:00pm on Thursday, April 24 at the Elkhart County Historical Museum.
