East Dubail Avenue closed

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- East Dubail Avenue from Michigan to Fellows Streets will be closed until November 12.
The road will be closed to install underground infrastructure and fix curbs and sidewalks.
A detour route will follow Rush and Michigan Streets through Indiana Avenue.
