E. 12th Street and Laurel Street intersection to close Wednesday morning

City of Mishawaka MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The intersection of E. 12th Street and Laurel Street will be closed to all traffic starting at 7 a.m., Wednesday, for water main installations.
Mishawaka city officials say all westbound traffic on 12th Street will be detoured north and south at the intersection of Merrifield Avenue during installations.
Weather permitting, the intersection is expected to partially reopen Friday.
After Friday, traffic will be restricted to westbound traffic only between Dodge Avenue and Byrkit Avenue.
