Duck Drop 2024 raising money for child abuse prevention

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - U93 is hosting Operation Duck Drop 4 at the East Race Waterway on Sunday, June 2, at 10:30 a.m.

Taking place in downtown South Bend, the event will drop 1,000 individually numbered rubber ducks into the river.

You can purchase ducks here. The numbers are assigned by order of purchase.

All proceeds go to benefit Roofsit 2024, an event for the prevention of child abuse.

The first 93 ducks to make it to the end win. There will be 93 prizes including a $200 cash prize.

After the Duck Drop, you're invited to the Lauber for an afternoon of live music, raffles, food and drink specials, and even more fun.

The 93 winners will also be able to pick their prize at random at the Lauber immediately following the Duck Drop.

Organizers say you don't have to be present to win, and absent winners will receive a random prize drawn from the remaining unclaimed prizes that can be picked up during normal business hours at the radio station located at 3371 Cleveland Rd. Ste 300 in South Bend.

The Lauber is located at 504 E Lasalle Ave. Ste 2 in South Bend.
