Marshall County Sheriff\'s Office MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- A woman was arrested on US 31 Tuesday morning on charges of Reckless Driving after allegedly driving nearly double the 60 MPH speed limit.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Department, around 4:58 a.m. Tuesday, a Marshall County Officer spotted a vehicle going 115 MPH on US 31 from 14th Road, an area where the posted speed limit is 60 MPH.
The officer managed to stop the driver, 31-year-old Krystal S. Hardy, at the intersection of US 31 and S.R. 10.
Hardy was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, charged with Reckless Driving, a Class C Misdemeanor.
Hardy's bond was set at $105.
