Beryl is finally exiting Michiana after dumping a widespread 2-4" of rain with isolated areas of 4-7"! Skies will begin to clear over the coming hours and we should see completely clear skies by sunset and the winds will die down overnight as well. The combination of light winds, clear skies, and a very wet ground will lead to the formation of patchy dense fog later tonight. Lows will fall into the lower 60s by daybreak before we warm to near 80 Thursday afternoon. Partly cloudy skies will be the theme Thursday with a very small (20%) chance of rain, mostly confined to our southwest counties. Friday should be dry as well, but there are some hints of a few pop-up showers developing throughout the day. I am keeping the forecast dry for now with a 20% chance of rain under partly cloudy skies and highs getting into the low 80s. We will warm into the mid to upper 80s this weekend and storm chances return early next week. Humidity should stay high or at least noticeable for another full week.
Tonight: Fog late, otherwise clear. Low 61.
Thursday: Partly cloudy with a 20% chance of rain. High 80.
Friday: Partly cloudy with a 20% chance of rain. High 82.
Saturday: Partly cloudy. High 85.
