The snow sticks around
SOUTH BEND,Ind. -- The City of South Bend shared their first draft of its new downtown 2045 plan. There was an open house to learn about the community lead planning process to shape the future of downtown over the next 20 years.
The community foundation of St. Joesph County shared key themes, the meeting took place at the St. Joeseph Public Library. There will be more community presentations taking place at Howard Park next Tuesday and Thursday.
