Deputies investigating fatal crash on County Line Road

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- Deputies are investigating a fatal crash that happened on County Line Road Monday morning.
The Berrien County Sheriff’s Office was called to County Line Road near 66th Avenue around 11 a.m. Monday to investigate a crash.
The preliminary report indicates a man was driving a semi and turned south onto County Line Road from an open field. Robert Clem, 58, was driving south on County Line Road and rear ended the semi, deputies said.
Clem was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
