Woman dies in golf cart accident on CR 100 in Kosciusko County

Photo courtesy of the Kosciusko County Sheriff\'s Office KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. – A woman was found dead Saturday in Kosciusko County in what is believed to be a golf cart accident, according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office.
Kosciusko police arrived at around 4 p.m. to a golf cart on CR 100 where they found Cynthia Owens who was unresponsive at the scene.
Police and fire department units attempted to resuscitate Owens, but she was pronounced dead.
It appears Owens fell out of the golf cart and into a ditch alongside CR 100.
The Kosciusko County Coroner’s Office is awaiting the results of an autopsy to determine the exact manner and cause of Owens’ death.
