Showers and thunderstorms will move through Michiana this evening. Some could be strong to severe, with damaging straight-line winds and large hail the main threats. A tornado is also possible as storms move through from 5 PM-8 PM. Areas near and south of US 30 have the best shot at seeing severe storms. We'll continue to see showers and storms from 8 PM until midnight before temperatures rapidly fall into the low 30s to start Friday. The weekend looks quiet with moderating temperatures. More rounds of showers and thunderstorms appear likely next week.
