Cool Monday morning; warming this week with sunny skies

The work week is off to a cool start, but don’t let that get you down this Monday morning! Expect sunny skies, mostly dry weather, and daytime highs in the 70s this week.

 

As you step out the door, temperatures are starting in the upper 30s to low 40s this morning. Make sure to grab your coat. You could see a little frost on your windshield or lawn this morning. By lunchtime, temperatures are still cool in the low 50s. This afternoon we’ll reach a high around 62. It will be a little breezy this afternoon, but there is plenty of sunshine to enjoy. Overnight skies are mostly clear with temperatures falling into the mid 40s.

 

Tuesday and Wednesday are sunny with daytime highs in the 70s. Wednesday will get breezy with wind gusts up to 25 miles per hour in the afternoon. Thursday is slightly cooler with a high in the mid 60s. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday temperatures will rebound back into the 70s. The weekend looks to be dry and sunny.
