Commissioners honor Rep. Jackie Walorski with Council Oak Award

St. Joseph County Commissioners posthumously awarded the inaugural Council Oak Award to Rep. Jackie Walorski.
Congresswoman Walorski husband, Dean Swihart, and mother, Martha Walorski, accepted the award Tuesday evening.
