Charges filed against driver in fatal head-on crash

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- A woman has been charged in the head-on crash that killed Darnell Johnson in July 2020, according to the Berrien County Sheriff's Office.
Nyesha Campbell, 29, has been charged with OWI causing death, CCW in a motor vehicle and felony firearms.
Campbell was arraigned on Monday and posted bond.
She is expected to be in court again on August 19.
The crash happened July 22 in the southbound lanes of US 31 near Matthew Road.
