South Bend Fire Department responding to house fire on Elmer Street

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Fire Department is responding to a house fire on Elmer Street.
Fire officials responded to the fire between Bergan and Hamilton around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The area is currently closed as crews work to put out the fire.
