BOURBON, Ind. -- The Bourbon Fire Department has received a donation of billboard tarps to help the community recover from recent storm damage.
Fire Chief Chad Stepp said South Wire from Bremen contacted him to ask about major needs in the area. When informed that tarps were in high demand, the company arranged to collect unused billboard materials from Fort Wayne. The tarps were delivered to Bourbon, where they are now available for residents in need.
Residents needing tarps can pick them up at the fire department or the town clerk’s office while supplies last.
