Bitter cold windchill Saturday, wind gusts up to 40 mph will make it feel like single digits to teens. This weekend is cold, temperatures stay below freezing until Monday. Snowfall will surge again Friday late afternoon and evening with a northwest turn in the wind, brining more lake effect snow. The snow ends Sunday and the forecast is more fair through early next week. Rain does return for Thanksgiving Day but highs are in the 40s.
