Berrien County closes all non-essential county services and buildings Thursday

BERRIEN COUNTY, Ind. -- Officials with Berrien County announced due to inclement weather and in abundance of caution that all non-essential county services will be closed Thursday.
The Berrien County Road Department announced its offices will be closed Thursday.
Benton Harbor Public Library officials announced it will be closed Thursday as well.
