Autopsy conducted on infant found unresponsive at motel

An autopsy was conducted on Thursday on the 3-month old infant who was found unresponsive in a motel room.

Arabella Silcox was found unresponsive at the Way Inn and pronounced deceased at the hospital Wednesday afternoon.

The cause and manner of death are pending toxicology and microscopic examinations and a review of her medical records, according to the Metro Homicide Unit.

The forensic pathologist did not find any signs of trauma, reports said.
