UPDATE: Boil water advisory lifted in Argos

ARGOS, Ind. - UPDATE: The Town of Argos has lifted its boil advisory as of Sunday, March 24.

ORIGINAL STORY: The Town of Argos announced there's a boil water advisory until further notice as of Thursday around 4 p.m.

The Town of Argos released this statement via their official Facebook page:

"The Town of Argos is under a boil order until further notice. In consultation with IDEM, it has been determined that the water customers for the Town of Argos should boil their drinking water. This precautionary measure is recommended because we are experiencing a drinking water problem to our service area. It is recommended you boil all cooking and drinking water for 3 minutes before using. This order is in effect until further notice."
