Local candidates who are running for Penn Township Board were invited to make a statement at a public forum hosted by the American Democracy Project and the League of Women Voters.

Forum organizers extended the invitation to Republicans Kent Hizer, Dave Schmidt and Kris Verash, but they did not participate.
