Alpha Kappa Alpha to put on “Jazz, Beats & Eats” fundraiser November 3

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is raising money to support families and area youth with “Jazz, Beats and Eats: The Pink Edition” on Friday in South Bend. ABC57’s Naja Woods is the MC of the event.

With a mission of service and sisterhood, Alpha Kappa Alpha is raising money to fund its programming to further the success of girls and women.

The event includes live music, local vendors and a “Best Sneakers” contest, all happening from 6 to 11 p.m. at the Gillespie Conference Center.

Tickets are $40 plus a convenience fee. Tickets will not be sold the day of the event.
