A portion of Nimtz Parkway will close October 12th

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – A section of Nimtz Parkway between U.S. 31 and Olive Road will be closed for sewer work beginning Monday, October 12th. The road should open back up by Monday, October 26th, weather permitting.
All ramps at the interchange for U.S. 31 and Nimtz will remain open.
A detour will be available 24 hours a day until the work is done.
The detour will run east on Nimtz Parkway, north on Bendix Drive, and finally west on Cleveland Road to Olive Road.
