MGN ROCHESTER, Ind. -- The CVS Pharmacy at 1910 Main St. in Rochester will close its doors on Dec. 2, according to CVS officials.
Officials say the decision was a difficult one with factors including local market dynamics, population shifts, a community’s store density, and access to pharmacy services being considered.
To ensure patients suffer no interrupted access to pharmacy needs, officials say prescriptions will be transferred to the Kroger at 2040 Peace Tree Village in Rochester.
CVS also noted they offer prescription home delivery service to eligible patients through their website and the CVS Health app to provide additional access to medications.
There are no other CVS Pharmacies in Rochester.
