PokeDen updates its space for a shop like experience

ELKHART, Ind. -- PokeDen reopens its doors for customers to enjoy the renovated area. 

The remodeling project focused on being able to provide more space for their customers. 

"It's surreal. Got here this morning, two and a half hours before opening, and they were wrapped around the corner. Our overflow parking was already overflowed. They were in the neighbor's yard. It's pretty crazy to see this many people here compared to where we came from, such a small, small shop," said Connor Donahue an employee at PokeDen. 

Inside the den people were able to go up to the front desk and see a collection of Pokémon card packs, single cards, and anyone was able to trade one the day. 

"For this event, it's just crazy to see where we came from. Such a small shop, having maybe four to seven people in at a time, max, and that's just being back-to-back crowded. Now we have 2530 people in here and have a bunch of people at the desk helping out. It's pretty cool," said Donahue.

The event also featured a bouncy castle, Kona Ice, and a food truck.
